Revenue Manager - Remote Opportunity at Ella Resorts

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team remotely at Ella Resorts. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategies and optimizing performance across our portfolio of managed properties. What You'll Do

• Monitor booking pace, ADR, occupancy, and competitive set activity to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Develop and execute pricing and segmentation strategies to maximize RevPAR and total revenue performance.
• Prepare rolling forecasts, budget inputs, and reforecast scenarios aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
• Lead revenue strategy for assigned properties across the Ella Resorts portfolio and managed franchise partnerships.
• Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of Opera PMS and Opera Cloud systems.
• Utilize Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Monitor benchmarking tools (Lighthouse, STR) to assess market positioning and index performance.
• Coordinate with property leadership teams to align commercial strategy with operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing logic.
• Experience with Opera PMS and Revenue Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Marriott-branded environments.
• Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Lighthouse and STR.
• Understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA extranets.
