Technical RevOps Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical RevOps Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will take over a legacy GTM stack and transform it into a unified revenue backbone. This position is critical as we aim to streamline our operations across various platforms, including Salesforce, Zapier, and Weld. Your expertise will help us move from patching leaks to architecting a high-performance engine that supports both our hardware business and our self-service SaaS stream.

What You'll Do

• Audit and streamline our Salesforce and automation ecosystem within the first six months.
• Optimize lead flow and top-of-funnel conversion to drive self-service ARR.
• Integrate product analytics, billing systems, and our CRM to create a seamless customer journey.
• Deploy high-leverage automation using APIs and AI-assisted tools to enhance internal productivity workflows.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our sales process to reduce administrative drag for our commercial teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in RevOps or a similar role, with a focus on CRM architecture.
• Strong skills in APIs, SQL, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical workflows effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce and automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make architectural decisions.
