What You'll Do

• Assist in creating dashboards for data visualization and interpretation.
• Improve internal processes through operational diagnostics and process reengineering.
• Provide business consulting services, including defining new business models and financial restructuring.
• Participate in internationalization projects and investment attraction strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and data visualization tools (PowerBI) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation for professional growth and strong interpersonal skills.
