Senior VIP Relationship Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior VIP Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at OKX. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in Western Europe or Benelux. As a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise in the crypto and Web3 industry will be invaluable as you help drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.
• Prepare and present reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics to senior management.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote OKX and build relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the crypto or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
