About the Role

We are seeking a Working Student in Commercial Operations to join our dynamic team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a Working Student in Commercial Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Rx and Consumer Business operations, ensuring that our commercial initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively. This position is remote, allowing you to balance your studies while contributing to our mission of improving health for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track commercial initiatives and campaigns from start to finish, managing timelines and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Create and manage tickets, documenting requirements clearly to facilitate smooth operational execution.
• Oversee asset and content alignment, ensuring quality checks are performed before launch.
• Maintain and optimize consumer-facing content areas, enhancing clarity and user experience.
• Conduct regular content checks and support performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership in day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with MS Office and collaboration tools; experience with Jira or Asana is a plus.
• Interest in eCommerce and digital product workflows.
• Fluency in English and German.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of conversion optimization and B2C/B2B models.
• Previous experience in a commercial or operational role.
