Legal Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join HDI Group in a remote capacity. As a Legal Intern, you will support our legal team in various tasks, including legal research and handling complex legal questions. This role offers you the chance to gain valuable experience in the legal field while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Assist the legal team with legal research and documentation.
• Participate in the processing of court cases and correspondence with law firms.
• Maintain process statistics and collaborate with relevant departments for necessary information.
• Support the team in organizational and coordinating activities.
• Engage in legal observation and review relevant literature and association information.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law, business law, or economics program.
• Interest in insurance law matters.
• Reliable and independent work ethic.
• Enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks.
• Team player with the ability to work across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work at the Hilden location starting mid-2026.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a legal environment.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools.
