About the Role
We are seeking a Support Service Manager remote to join our team at Nexus Water Group. This role is vital in managing our administrative staff and ensuring the smooth operation of utility building maintenance. What You'll Do
- Manage administrative staff, including training, supervision, and project assignments.
- Direct organization, assignment, priority, and completion of administrative projects.
- Ensure accurate processing and efficient flow of paperwork between departments.
- Oversee utility building maintenance and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with business insurance, renewals, and modifications.
- Develop, review, and update utility equipment rates.
- Budget and review vehicle fleet needs for the utility.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other department managers.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in a business office with supervisory responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong public relations skills and effective communication abilities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Knowledge of wastewater and plumbing terms and general functions.
