Tombras, a leading national advertising agency, is seeking a Supervisor, Ad Technology to join our dynamic team. This remote Supervisor, Ad Technology role offers the opportunity to work with one of the top independent agencies in North America, recognized for its innovative approach to connecting data and creativity for business results. As a key player in our organization, you will lead consumer insights and audience intelligence efforts, transforming data into actionable strategies that drive client success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead audience segmentation and insights initiatives by building, analyzing, and refining audience segments using Zeta and Attain data.
  • Conduct consumer behavior research to uncover purchase patterns and media consumption habits, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Perform competitive and category intelligence research, synthesizing findings into actionable briefs for the creative and media teams.
  • Create detailed consumer personas that inform creative direction and media targeting strategies.
  • Present research findings directly to clients, crafting compelling narratives that connect data to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to embed audience insights into campaign planning.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, setting research priorities and maintaining quality standards.
  • Support new business efforts by contributing audience insights and research to RFPs and pitch presentations.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Ad Technologies, consumer insights, or related roles within an agency or ad-tech company.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with audience data platforms like Zeta, Attain, or similar identity/data providers.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including audience targeting and media planning basics.
  • Curiosity-driven approach with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and presentation tools.
