As a Global Clinical Operations Excellence Learning and Development Intern, you will gain valuable experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, and clinical operations.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with Senior Learning Business Partners to develop and implement global clinical operations training projects.
• Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, training decks, and videos.
• Support the scheduling of global and regional training sessions to enhance departmental procedures.
• Analyze data related to training effectiveness and present your findings to the team.
• Demonstrate effective time and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to produce high-quality instructional materials.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in life sciences, instructional design, or communications.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with e-learning development technologies is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and effective teamwork capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Previous internship experience in a related field.
• Creative mindset for developing innovative training solutions.
