As a Web Production Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver high-performing SEO strategies and conversion-driven content for small-business clients.

What You'll Do

• Implement design for service and landing pages that align with our SEO goals.
• Curate and enhance visual content using AI tools to ensure high-quality output.
• Optimize layouts to guide visitors toward clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Make minor copy adjustments to improve user interface (UI) flow.
• Focus on conversion-driven design principles with scannable content.
• Maintain visual consistency across various client designs.
• Conduct visual quality assurance (QA) before handing off pages.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to provide strategic recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in web design or digital marketing.
• Strong visual design sensibility and a critical eye for quality.
• High-level familiarity with WordPress and page builders.
• Professional-level experience in image editing.
• Understanding of typography and user experience principles.
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles.
• Basic understanding of SEO practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
