In this role, you will manage the production workflow of user-generated content (UGC) videos, focusing on TikTok-first strategies. As a Freelance Creative Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing video production for advertisers, particularly in lower-funnel TikTok ad campaigns, while providing insights into video performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end production workflow for UGC, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Source and maintain relationships with creators to foster collaboration.
• Review footage and provide constructive feedback to enhance content quality.
• Refine modular ad structures for scalability and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Work remotely with flexibility during Central European Time (CET) hours.
• Handle chaotic production environments effectively, demonstrating resilience.
