Product Manager - Identity Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

First Advantage is seeking a talented Product Manager - Identity Solutions (Remote) to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and launch new product features that provide value for our organization, our customers, and candidates. This role is crucial in driving strategic identity initiatives from the full end-to-end lifecycle, including vision, charter, planning, requirements, stories, development, testing, integration, deployment, usage, adoption, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and plan all aspects of product management.
• Drive activities of corresponding teams to build, integrate, or enhance products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Document new features and communicate functionality to end users.
• Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate.
• Integrate performance metrics and usability studies into product requirements.
• Support the growth of identity verification products.
• Provide dedicated product leadership for the NOAM region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Product Manager or related role.
• Familiarity with product and software development tools.
• Practical Agile experience.
• Strong technical skills and communication skills.
• Experience with DevOps, JIRA, and other tools.
• Automation and identity verification work experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user experience design principles.
• Knowledge of identity verification technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
