What You'll Do

• Assist the Pastry Chef De Parties in the daily preparation and service of food.
• Ensure that all recipes and quantities are understood and followed precisely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen.
• Participate in the creation and presentation of desserts and pastries.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Culinary degrees or qualifications are desirable.
• A passion for food and cooking.
• An eagerness to develop your culinary skills.
• Relevant experience in a five-star or fine dining property is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Polite and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
