About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Agent to join our team remotely. As a Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our childcare facilities. This remote Service Agent position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with our team while ensuring that our facilities meet hygiene and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness of the childcare premises, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Handle the logistics and stock management of hygiene and cleaning products.
• Participate in meal preparation, including reheating meals while adhering to HACCP standards.
• Document and trace all tasks performed to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of service and care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, including HACCP.

Nice to Have

• Experience in childcare or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
