Stock Manager - Luxury Retail Outlet

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Stock Manager for our Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia. As a Stock Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stockroom organization to maximize store productivity, monitoring stock levels, and supporting the activities of the Sales Staff. This Stock Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Act as the point person for maintaining and supervising all inbound/outbound merchandise as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areas.
• Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service and represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.
• Manage the stockroom organization in order to contribute to store productivity, in accordance with Dolce & Gabbana directives and procedures.
• Collaborate with store management to support the Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions with Stock Staff to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates, and motivate store employees to perform.
• Ensure replenishment is done systematically and accurately, supervising the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations, and monitor loss-prevention and unknown markdowns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are considered a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in stockroom management and luxury retail.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Competent in cash procedures and operations.
