About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our Marketing Engineering team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of digital experiences that enhance our brand presence and maximize customer engagement. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will oversee the technical execution and team leadership necessary to create innovative marketing platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic marketing websites, blogs, and other content platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate business goals into seamless web experiences.
• Optimize website performance, usability, and SEO to enhance traffic and engagement.
• Develop and integrate tools to support marketing campaigns, landing pages, and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for a consistent user experience.
• Implement analytics tools to track marketing performance and user behavior.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Ensure security best practices are followed to protect marketing platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and modern web development.
• Experience with NextJS and building APIs (REST, WebSockets).
• Experience with headless CMS and solid understanding of scalable and secure system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading.
• Experience with TypeScript, Kubernetes, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Contentful.
