About the Role

Playson is on the lookout for an exceptional Senior 2D Artist remote to transform our gaming visions into stunning realities. As a Senior 2D Artist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our games, ensuring they not only meet but exceed industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Participate in mood boards, brainstorming sessions, and market trend analysis to spark new projects, ensuring your work remains fresh and exciting.
• Design game symbols, characters, and promotional materials, ensuring our art leads the market.
• Refine and perfect artwork based on team and stakeholder feedback, contributing to a collaborative and inspiring environment.
• Prepare 2D artworks for animation, ensuring smooth transitions from static images to dynamic visuals.
• Be an active part of the Playson Art Community, sharing ideas and inspiration, and encouraging continuous growth through access to the latest tools, courses, and training.
• Grow not just visual quality, but also product thinking that directly supports business impact.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a professional 2D Artist in the slots game industry.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and similar raster graphics applications; experience with 3D is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, anatomy, and diverse art styles.
• Classical art education is a plus, providing a solid foundation in these principles.
• Excellent collaboration skills, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ownership and proactivity in your creative process, with a product-focused approach.
