SMB Account Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for an SMB Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Sitemate. This remote SMB Account Executive role is an incredible opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving sales success. You will be responsible for managing inbound-qualified opportunities from initial engagement through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, handling discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up conversations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline updates and CRM hygiene, ensuring all opportunities are tracked effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and CSMs to ensure seamless handovers and align on account context.
  • Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within the first six months of account ownership.
  • Drive proactive outreach and structured follow-up to engage lower-intent prospects.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration abilities and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within construction and engineering sectors.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the built world landscape.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Front, Slack, and Loom.
