Modul Consultant License Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Modul Consultant License Manager to join our team at RENOLIT. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while managing licenses for our innovative and high-quality products. As a Modul Consultant License Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and optimizing our software management processes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the procurement, verification, and approval of licenses for the RENOLIT Group, focusing primarily on Microsoft and Adobe licenses.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all license information in our software management system.
• Manage the software management system and generate statistics and license balances.
• Develop and implement necessary actions based on the created license balances.
• Communicate independently with RENOLIT Group locations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in contract negotiations within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support external partners during software audits.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in an industrial environment or a degree in Business Administration or (Business) Informatics.
• Experience in license management.
• Good to very good knowledge of Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style with strong organizational skills.
• Strong service mentality and excellent team and communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software audits.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations.
