About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer (AI) to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize applied AI systems that are used in real-world, customer-facing products. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize applied AI systems used in real-world, customer-facing products.
• Develop and iterate on multi-agent architectures that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
• Own AI features end-to-end, from early prototypes to polished production releases.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to ensure seamless integration of AI into the user experience.
• Tackle ambiguity head-on and drive projects from 0 → 1 in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Contribute across the stack as needed to bring features fully to life.
• Continuously evaluate new AI techniques and tools to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a software engineer with hands-on applied AI work.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and practical strategies for improving reliability.
• Experience building and shipping full-stack or backend-heavy systems in production environments.
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup settings with a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for building high-quality, customer-impacting products rather than experimental research projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems, prompt or context engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Python-based AI tooling and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with strongly typed backend languages (e.g., C#, C++, or similar).
• Prior experience at high-growth startups or well-regarded technology companies.
