About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Talent Advantage. This role is perfect for motivated individuals based in South America who are looking for a fulfilling career in recruitment. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we deliver top-notch candidates to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews via video or phone to assess their skills and experience.
  • Prepare concise candidate summaries and submit profiles to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback to support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM system to track hiring progress.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on hiring progress and candidate status.

Requirements

  • 1-4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with candidates and clients in a professional manner.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in recruiting for accounting, finance, technology, or professional roles is a strong asset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for North American markets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
  • Exposure to sales or business development.
