About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in technical recruiting to attract top talent for various engineering roles. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial part in shaping our recruitment strategy and enhancing our employer brand.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Utilize ATS platforms and data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering and tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data engineering or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and talent strategy.
