Senior Product Manager - Telehealth Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Telehealth Platform to join our dynamic team at Dispensed Global. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our telehealth platform, ensuring that we deliver high-quality healthcare solutions to our users. You will lead complex product areas from discovery through to delivery, measurement, and iteration.

What You'll Do

• Own major UK-facing product areas from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned to company goals, user needs, and regulatory constraints.
• Adapt global platform capabilities to suit UK workflows, user expectations, and operational realities.
• Identify high-impact problems worth solving and confidently prioritize between competing opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn complex business and clinical requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery with patients, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Write clear product briefs and requirements, define success metrics, and guide delivery with engineering and design.
• Drive iterative development, validate outcomes with data and feedback, and continuously improve shipped features.
• Build and maintain dashboards or reporting to measure product performance and surface insights.
• Ensure features are delivered to a high standard of quality, reliability, and usability.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact products and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong product fundamentals across discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership in fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Strong commercial and user empathy - able to understand complex domains and translate them into intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
