About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager - EMEA Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in payroll operations and customer success to enhance our client relationships across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch payroll services and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and best practices for payroll management and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize your knowledge of SAP and other payroll management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Provide training and support to clients on our payroll systems and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations to advise clients effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, specifically within payroll or HR tech.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations and best practices.
- Experience with SAP and other payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Who Will Succeed Here
Deep understanding of Payroll Management systems, particularly SAP, to effectively troubleshoot and optimize processes for clients across the EMEA region.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze payroll data, track customer metrics, and generate reports that inform strategic sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in Project Management, capable of leading cross-functional teams to implement payroll solutions and manage customer onboarding processes remotely while maintaining high levels of client engagement.
