What You'll Do

• Strategically lead and guide the F&B performance of Hotel Operations, ensuring alignment with annual plans and objectives.
• Provide leadership and support to a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Participate in the development of new F&B concepts and manage existing ones, ensuring cost control and budget management.
• Act as a central point of contact for all F&B-related projects, overseeing performance metrics and specialty revenue targets.
• Drive F&B projects related to New Builds and revitalizations across the Frontier River fleet.
• Lead training programs for new hires and existing F&B crew, attracting and retaining top talent.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement in collaboration with external partners.
• Ensure the prevention of F&B crew injuries by developing and maintaining effective safety plans.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of food and beverage or related management experience, preferably in the River Industry, cruise lines, hotels, or restaurants.
• Proven leadership and food and beverage management abilities.
• Strong strategic business management knowledge and skills, including financial, product, quality assurance, human resources, and analytical skills.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to foster collaboration with external partners and internal teams to support revenue maximization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cruise industry or with river cruise operations.
• Knowledge of culinary trends and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and injury prevention strategies.
