What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional, approachable manner, even during busy shifts.
• Prioritize tasks and customer needs while keeping your workspace immaculate.
• Follow allergen, COVID, and health & safety guidelines, reporting any risks to management.
• Engage fully with online training, reading materials, and on-the-job coaching to keep growing your skills.
• Confidently use EPOS systems for accurate order taking and payment processing.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance guest experiences, from drink recommendations to table settings.
• Ensure accuracy in processing bills and maintaining a clean, inviting environment for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience with EPOS systems.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
