Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote Healthcare Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team at Synanetics. This Senior Full Stack Developer remote position offers you the opportunity to design, implement, and support complex customer-facing applications across the full stack. You will primarily focus on front-end development using React-based applications. Reporting to an experienced Lead Engineer, this role combines consultancy-style project delivery with in-house product development.

What You'll Do

• Build & Architect Full-Stack Solutions: Design, write, and test scalable TypeScript/JavaScript code across the presentation and service layers, primarily using Node.js and React.
• Drive the Feature Lifecycle: Take ownership of projects from end to end. You will collaborate with analysts and customers to shape requirements and confidently demo the finished solutions back to them.
• Champion Engineering Quality: Lead technical design discussions, create clear documentation, and continuously improve our tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Foster a culture of shared learning by reviewing code, offering constructive feedback, and mentoring fellow developers in system design and best practices.
• Ensure System Reliability: Help us keep our applications running smoothly by supporting cloud deployments, monitoring performance, and stepping in to help resolve customer support queries within agreed SLAs.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of professional experience in a full-stack software engineering role.
• Knowledge of designing and building distributed systems or microservices.
• Experience with relational data stores.
• Experience working with public cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
• Familiarity with UX design principles.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools.
