Dental Receptionist - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Dental Receptionist to join our team remotely. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with exceptional service and support. What You'll Do

• Manage patient appointments and schedule effectively.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services.
• Perform administrative tasks to support dental practitioners.
• Assess the urgency of patient care requests and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; MBO work and thinking level preferred.
• Experience in the dental field is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of dental software is a plus.
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
