Junior Merchant Sales Promoter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Merchant Sales Promoter to join our dynamic team at Grundfos. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement. As a Junior Merchant Sales Promoter, you will be instrumental in promoting the Grundfos brand and our range of Domestic Building Services (DBS) products.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to ensure visibility and positive feedback through Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to generate leads and improve sales revenue.
• Assist in executing marketing and sales strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Conduct training sessions at merchant outlets to educate customers about our products.
• Promote and demonstrate products at events and exhibitions, organizing merchant promotions and campaigns.
• Utilize the DBS Demo Van for trade morning activities to showcase our products.
• Manage customer relationships through the Grundfos CRM system, maintaining accurate data.
• Plan and execute daily sales calls to take orders and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, organized, and manage your time effectively.
• Willingness to understand technical data and products.
• Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is advantageous.
• Professional handling of customer complaints.
• Full Driving License is mandatory.
• Good IT literacy skills along with GCSE/A Level (or similar qualifications).

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Social media content creation skills.
