What You'll Do

  • Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles using various recruiting platforms, creative communities, and professional social networks.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach that reflects Brex’s brand.
  • Support the evaluation of design portfolios, focusing on craft quality and user-centered design approaches.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and design leaders to align candidate profiles and pipeline priorities.
  • Track sourcing metrics such as response rates and diversity indicators to optimize your sourcing strategy.
  • Maintain organized candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts within the design community through social engagement and event participation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles, including Product Design and Brand Design.
  • Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and expertise across platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
