Senior Blockchain Backend Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Backend Engineer to join our innovative team at P2P.org. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain protocol adapters and position mapping logic for various DeFi protocols.
• Design and implement services that run calculations on top of smart contracts.
• Optimize RPC requests and smart contract operations to enhance performance.
• Debug and resolve production issues related to data correctness and provider stability.
• Improve observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and runbooks for owned components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong focus on production ownership.
• 2+ years of experience in blockchain technology.
• Strong understanding of blockchain data and DeFi position mechanics.
• Smart contract literacy, including reading Solidity and debugging contract interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
