Project Manager - HR Systems & Transformation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for HR Systems & Transformation to join our team at ATLAS. This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital future of our HR processes while working remotely. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of modern HR software and digital tools, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the introduction and enhancement of HR systems, focusing on tools like SAP HCM, Workday, and Personio.
• Drive the digital transformation of HR processes, identifying potential for digitization and implementing efficient workflows.
• Manage HR IT projects, including requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate change management by providing training, documentation, and support for users.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, external service providers, and business units to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience with HR systems and a strong understanding of digital HR processes.
• Technical expertise in interfaces, integrations, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience in project and process management, particularly in HR projects and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented work approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in HR.
