Account Manager - Metering (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Metering to join our team at Infinite Group. This remote Account Manager position allows you to manage and nurture relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer loyalty and achieving sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as a primary contact for inquiries and issues.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and assist in developing proposals and sales presentations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the smart metering sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the smart metering or energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field (not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
