Security Services Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Security Services Consultant to join our team remotely. As a Security Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success with CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through long-term adoption.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
• Contribute technical expertise to escalation scenarios where relevant.
• Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of CyberArk PAM solutions and adjacent solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Monitor product usage and adoption trends to anticipate technical challenges and risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects effectively.

Nice to Have

• CyberArk (PAM) certifications like Sentry, Defender or CDE.
• Experience with endpoint protection agents.
