Internship in Language and Candidate Management - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Language and Candidate Management team at Enpal. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on integrating electricians from South America into the German solar energy sector. As an intern, you will play a vital role in conducting German language training and supporting our mission to make solar energy accessible to everyone. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a greener future.

What You'll Do

• Conduct German language training (DaF) for South American electricians at A2/B1 levels.
• Develop and enhance teaching materials, particularly in the field of electrical terminology.
• Select and implement effective learning methods and tools.
• Provide on-site support for South American professionals at the Enpal Academy.
• Assist in building and coordinating additional online language courses.
• Conduct qualitative evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support administrative processes related to candidate management.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching German as a foreign language and/or a degree in linguistics.
• Proficiency in Spanish, at least at B2 level.
• Experience with South American cultures is desirable.
• Strong motivation and team spirit, with a passion for working with people.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and independent.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
