About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Studio & Production to join River Island in a remote capacity. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering a world-class studio operation that can handle over 500 product options per week while maintaining our brand's creative edge. As the Head of Studio & Production, you will ensure that everything we sell is captured, uploaded, optimized, and online, without losing the River Island essence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Studio & Content Production Function, owning the full end-to-end studio production pipeline.
• Drive high-volume ecommerce delivery, ensuring 500+ options per week are delivered across various categories.
• Optimize studio efficiency by managing set capacity and throughput, identifying bottlenecks, and improving workflows.
• Balance business-as-usual production with creative editorial output, ensuring both are executed flawlessly.
• Develop and manage a structured weekly and monthly studio plan aligned with trading priorities and marketing calendars.
• Maintain brand consistency and elevate visual standards across all studio outputs.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high standards and accountability.
• Manage freelance and supplier networks, ensuring efficient budget control and value-driven outcomes.
• Drive innovation and modernization in studio processes, exploring scalable solutions for content creation.

• Familiarity with modern production tools and workflows, including AI-assisted processes.
