Global Customer Success Program Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Global Customer Success Program Manager (Remote) to join our team at Docplanner. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our teams deliver maximum value efficiently as we continue to scale and evolve. As a Global Customer Success Program Manager, you will manage and structure team workloads effectively, utilizing tools like Jira to establish clear project tracking systems. Your work will have a real impact on helping doctors care for their patients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and structure team workload effectively using Jira.
- Establish clear project tracking systems and maintain visibility across all active initiatives.
- Create standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and delivery management.
- Proactively follow up with team members to identify dependencies and surface potential delivery risks.
- Implement early warning systems and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers.
- Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations across all organizational levels.
- Run bi-weekly prioritization meetings based on capacity planning and skills assessment.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and drive results through influence.
- Experience contributing to or establishing PMO functions in growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and waterfall).
- Advanced knowledge of Jira, including workflow configuration and dashboard creation.
- Ability to track value realization and support post-implementation follow-ups.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certifications (DASSM, DASM, or similar).
- Track record of improving delivery timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Additional languages besides English.
