Sales Performance Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will enhance the effectiveness of our sales force by developing sales tools, designing strategic training programs, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and sales. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead the Inside Sales team and oversee the integration of new employees to guarantee operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales support content and tools: Create and update presentation materials for sales visits and sales pitches.
- Design and disseminate training programs and content aimed at upselling and cross-selling for B2B2C events targeting healthcare professionals and their teams.
- Implement training and coaching programs focused on commercial partnerships, providing field support to sales representatives.
- Establish coaching tracking tools (forms, annual programs) to measure team progress.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to analyze coaching materials and jointly develop the sales force's expertise.
- Optimize the annual promotional plan for sales representatives and the Sales Management team, producing scripts, presentations, order forms, and associated tracking mechanisms.
- Manage the Inside Sales team and oversee the integration of new sales team members.
- Coordinate with Marketing for communication planning and organize national and regional sales meetings (content management, presentations, and coordination with the events team).
Requirements
- Commercial training from a Business School or equivalent, with a successful track record in field sales of high-value products.
- Previous managerial experience to support your team in their skill development.
- Organized, data-oriented, with proven experience in creating educational content and/or coaching.
- Recognized for your leadership and ability to inspire others to follow your projects.
