Senior Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence and coherence in delivery activities across various service lines. You will oversee the quality, profitability, and compliance of project portfolios while guiding teams toward continuous improvement in their practices.

What You'll Do

• Implement and enforce quality, governance, and compliance standards across all service line projects.
• Monitor project performance: track margins, manage overruns/underruns, and optimize individual workload rates.
• Consolidate project reporting, track key KPIs, and provide operational analyses to management.
• Coordinate onshore and nearshore teams to ensure effective governance of multi-project setups.
• Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance predictability, productivity, and project quality.
• Contribute to improving client NPS on projects by securing execution quality and client relationships.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of delivery tools and methods.
• Review pre-sales proposals, pricing models, and risk assessments before submission to clients.
• Engage in critical projects to secure their delivery and implement rapid corrective actions.
• Support the development of delivery talent: skills enhancement, monitoring Project Managers' certifications, and succession planning.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects or portfolios in a service environment (consulting, integration, etc.).
• Strong culture of quality, governance, and profitability tracking.
• Experience managing complex or troubled projects.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis and communication with management.
• Leadership skills, a sense of teamwork, and the ability to develop teams.
• Professional English required in an international context.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation projects.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
