Associate Customer Care Representative - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will interact with customers and support them through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS. As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries related to Align products.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer requests and inquiries professionally and within defined response times.
• Document all interactions in the CRM database, ensuring accurate records of customer communications.
• Support customers with order processing, product status updates, and account management.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Adhere to company quality policies and complete all required training courses.

Requirements

• High School Degree; a Technical Degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of related experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Knowledge of basic connectivity troubleshooting.
