Sales Development Account Manager - Remote (West Coast)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Ergomed. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will focus on customer acquisition, driving new business opportunities across the West Coast. What You'll Do
- Generate and pre-qualify new leads using company resources.
- Research leads and identify relevant prospects to approach.
- Engage prospects via email or phone to create new business opportunities.
- Develop pre and post-conference mail shots and follow-ups.
- Follow up on marketing leads for conversion and support targeted email campaigns.
- Ensure effective follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with team members on sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and lead early engagement presentations with clients.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an Inside Sales position within a CRO or clinical trials industry.
- Proven track record in developing new business and lead nurturing.
- Good understanding of Phase I-IV clinical development processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Drive and determination to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to listen and identify customer challenges effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
