About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the Founders - Remote to join Covalo, a pioneering company in the consumer goods industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our founders, allowing them to focus on high-impact work while you bring structure to complexity. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate priorities, and support special projects. What You'll Do

• Manage complex calendars and prepare for meetings to ensure efficient time management for the founders.
• Coordinate priorities and support special projects, helping to drive initiatives forward.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including travel planning and logistics.
• Prepare reports and structure information for decision-making processes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Be resourceful and proactive in anticipating the needs of the founders and the team.
• Support HR operations and maintain internal documentation for smooth organizational flow.
• Help founders stay focused and organized, contributing to their productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to challenge and push back when needed, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Resourceful fast learner with strong analytical skills.
