Enfuce is seeking a Legal Counsel (Commercial) - Remote to join our innovative team. You will be embedded in the business, leading negotiations and shaping deal structures to drive growth while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage complex customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
• Conduct commercial negotiations alongside Sales and senior stakeholders.
• Advise on the contractual implications of outsourcing in a regulated financial services environment.
• Develop and refine contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with a team of industry experts and highly skilled professionals.
• Ensure risk management remains within the company’s defined risk appetite.
• Support the growth of the company by providing pragmatic legal advice.

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial law, particularly in financial services.
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage complex contracts effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Experience in developing legal documentation and templates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management.
• Experience advising on outsourcing and vendor agreements.
