About the Role

South College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adjunct Faculty - Core Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Remote to join our growing team. This fully remote position allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of nursing students across the globe. As an adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach core MSN courses such as Advanced Pharmacology, Advanced Pathophysiology, and Health Assessment, all while working from the comfort of your own home.

What You'll Do

• Teach core MSN courses in an online format, ensuring high-quality education for students.
• Collaborate with the Graduate Nursing Online Program Coordinator to develop course materials and assessments.
• Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursing program.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in nursing is required.
• Completion of at least 18 hours of graduate coursework related to nursing.
• Prior online teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment.
