What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals as a Regional Sales Manager - Strategic Remote.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Effectively communicate Cribl's value proposition across all levels of the organization.
- Forecast sales accurately and meet or exceed targets consistently.
- Work collaboratively in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Security Sales.
- Proven track record in landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
- Experience in an early-stage start-up or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Success in selling to Global 2000 companies and developing new logos.
- Familiarity with channel-led sales and the ability to create demand for un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.

- Strong network within the IT and Security sectors.
- Ability to mentor junior sales team members.
