We are hiring a Commercial Lines Client Manager - Construction (Remote) to join our team at C3 Risk & Insurance. What You'll Do

• Act as the main contact for clients, providing tailored support and guidance.
• Prepare applications and documents for submissions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform contract reviews to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Process endorsements and audits efficiently to uphold client satisfaction.
• Conduct marketing efforts and negotiate rates to secure the best options for clients.
• Monitor renewal marketing processes to ensure timely and accurate renewals.
• Participate in the claims process, advocating for clients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain organized files per company policy to ensure easy access to client information.
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication to foster strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance, particularly with construction accounts.
• Active P&C license preferred to enhance client trust and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Excellent math skills to handle financial aspects of insurance policies.
• Proficient in technology and quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Team player with a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Insurance designation is a plus, showcasing your commitment to the field.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed to maintain relationships.
