Mid-Level Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team at Grey, a rapidly growing company that is redefining global banking for a borderless world. As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our innovative financial solutions. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a diverse team committed to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design of specific features or projects, ensuring they meet user and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) and engineers to shape requirements and design thoughtful solutions.
• Use research and product data to inform your decisions and iterate quickly.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build user flows and journeys that consider both happy paths and edge cases.
• Design clean, consistent, and accessible UI components that work across platforms.
• Use and contribute to the design system to ensure a scalable and cohesive experience.
• Present your work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in user testing and incorporate insights into iterations.
• Contribute ideas to improve design tools, processes, and team practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience designing digital products, preferably with a focus on mobile.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX and UI thinking and ability to ship real work.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• A user-first mindset and ability to balance user needs with business priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers and PMs.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative team environment.
• Bonus: Experience in financial products or regulated industries is helpful.
