We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for our Pop-Up Outlet Store in Wolfsburg. As a Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs and offering assistance.
• Welcome, qualify, advise, and bid farewell to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with your Store Manager and fellow associates to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and contribute to a secure shopping experience.
• Assist in store decoration and presentation to enhance the shopping atmosphere.
• Handle inventory management tasks, including preparing delivery notes for goods sent to other locations.
• Participate in weekly and daily stock control activities.
• Engage in customer retention efforts and build lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion and lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Stylish appearance and positive demeanor.
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
• Strong interpersonal skills and authentic personality.
• Responsible, communicative, flexible, and a team player.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is essential.
