About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader for Automotive Workshop - Remote Opportunity to join our dynamic team at MyForce. With over 90 workshops across Portugal and more than 500 employees, MyForce has been recognized with the Boa Escolha and Marca Recomendada awards in 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team in our Lavradio workshop while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose anomalies and malfunctions in vehicles.
• Oversee, guide, and monitor the work of technicians.
• Manage the team and the daily operations of the workshop.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Focus on achieving results and meeting productivity targets.

Requirements

• Degree in automotive mechanics or mechatronics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong results orientation.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive diagnostics tools.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
