About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote User Interface / Visual Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences that resonate with users and align with our brand identity. As a Remote User Interface / Visual Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and accessible.

What You'll Do

  • Design clear, cohesive icons and icon sets that align with the product’s brand and system.
  • Create 2D illustrations for empty states and onboarding processes to enhance user experience.
  • Produce on-brand marketing assets for digital and print, including social graphics, newsletters, and campaign materials.
  • Write and refine short in-product copy to keep interfaces clear and engaging.
  • Conduct user research to inform evidence-based design choices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
  • Participate in usability testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a User Interface / Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean Startup methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for user-centered design and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience with data analysis and familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in graphic design and creating marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of software architecture and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Sales Cloud.
